Push-ups are hard! I know.
So what do we do when something is hard?
We slowly build up to it. We don’t throw ourselves into the exercise, doing as many repetitions as our workout buddy, who’s been doing 50 Push-ups a day for the past 20 years.
We start small.
We don’t go all the way to the floor.
We don’t touch the nose to the mat.
We don’t drop the head.
